Originally from Pittsburgh, Jody moved south in 1988 and received her first Real Estate license in Maryland. After a few of her own unhappy experiences with Realtors, she ventured into the business knowing that a caring agent with knowledge and heart would make a positive difference to those with Real Estate needs. With a background in customer service, working for major corporations and many years of exposure to the construction business, she knew she would be an agent that her customers could trust. She wanted to offer honesty, great communication, follow-up, and attention to detail.
Several years later, she moved to North Carolina. There she obtained her Real Estate and Brokers licenses. She moved to St. Johns County in 2005 and proceeded to get her Real Estate license in Florida.
Now, a long time resident specializing in St. Johns, Clay and Duval Counties, Jody can help you choose which area is right for you. If you are looking for new construction, She networks with area builders to help you build the perfect home. As a former horse owner, she knows what to look for when helping you find your perfect equestrian home for your 4 legged friends! She's familiar with many equestrian communities and knows where the local stables and access to trails are. If you're looking to sell your equestrian property, it's good to have an agent that knows the value of a well equipped horse property and its amenities to be able to market it effectively.
