Originally from Pittsburgh, Jody moved south in 1988 and received her first Real Estate license in Maryland. After a few of her own unhappy experiences with Realtors, she ventured into the business knowing that a caring agent with knowledge and heart would make a positive difference to those with Real Estate needs. With a background in customer service, working for major corporations and many years of exposure to the construction business, she knew she would be an agent that her customers could trust. She wanted to offer honesty, great communication, follow-up, and attention to detail.
 
Several years later, she moved to North Carolina. There she obtained her Real Estate and Brokers licenses. She moved to St. Johns County in 2005 and proceeded to get her Real Estate license in Florida.

She also went out of the way to answer all the million questions I had about the process of purchasing a home, and even assisted in coordinating extra stuff that we wanted to do post closing of the home. Since this was an out of state move for us, everything was done remotely and Jody coordinated and handled everything smoothly without an issue, especially between title companies in both states. This big move wouldn’t have been possible without Jody’s contacts ranging from mortgage lenders to handymen as well as knowledge within the Industry itself.Would most definitely use Jody again as a trusted realtor in the future.
