Jody was fantastic to work with. My senior parents needed to sell their Condo and my brother and I don't live nearby. Jody was hugely helpful beyond the scope of a real estate agent, helping to move smaller items, take things to charities and resale shops, and getting items to a storage locker. She was incredibly patient and sensitive to the needs of senior citizens. In the end she was a diligent worker able to handle all of the back and forth with the offer, negotiations, inspections, and making sure my parents had everything in line for the closing. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you're assisting someone from afar.

She also went out of the way to answer all the million questions I had about the process of purchasing a home, and even assisted in coordinating extra stuff that we wanted to do post closing of the home. Since this was an out of state move for us, everything was done remotely and Jody coordinated and handled everything smoothly without an issue, especially between title companies in both states.
